Lee Jong-In

Abstract
The spinal schwannomas are the most common spinal tumors and they are usually located in intradural extramedullary space. They arise almost exclusively from the poterior nerve roots and more than 90% of them occur in the posterolateral quadrant of the vertebral canal causing unilateral symptoms. I report a case of large extradural schwannoma in 33 years old female patient, which originated from dura of the posterior mildline portion with bilateral symptoms.
